If you already have a homeowner policy, you are aware of the fact that there are many
endorsements attached to your policy. Some of these endorsements are attached at no charge
and some you purchased with a payment of additional premium.
We have taken a number of these endorsements and combined them, or, in some cases, modified
them, to create one "Plus" endorsement for one small additional premium. Adding the coverages
provided in this one endorsement, individually, would be very costly. This endorsement provides
our insureds coverages they may need at a lower cost. There are limitations and restrictions,
